Supported employment at Minda offers people the opportunity to contribute their skills and abilities as part of the workforce. Employees not only receive a wage, but are also able to learn new skills and build their confidence, self-esteem and status within the community, in a supportive and positive environment.

Work experience/transition to supported employment is available for school students or long term unemployed.
Employment Conditions
If you have a job with Minda Commercial Enterprises, conditions are the same as those in the general workforce. All supported employees receive a wage, set hours of work, leave, skills development training and opportunities for career development.
